Mermay 2023

It has been a reeeeeally long time since I've done a mermay drawing. Over a decade I think lol. Anyway, here's my mermay illustrations of my original mer characters saving their love interests. I wanted both drawings to be different from each other, despite being retellings of the Little Mermaid tale. The mermaid drawing was me trying a scene similar to Disney's The Little Mermaid where Ariel was saving Eric from his burning ship, while my merman drawing is like me attempting elemental magic. So yeah, I hope you like it.
